A Message from the Chairman
NAFC is committed to the enforcement of the broad array of laws regulating public construction so that responsible contractors can successfully compete in the public works market. Strengthening and enforcing public works laws and prosecuting violators is the most effective deterrent against contractors who would cheat both the taxpayer and workers to compete on public construction projects by gaining an unfair advantage over responsible contractors. When responsible contractors bid and perform public construction projects, the taxpayer gets a high quality project and communities and workers alike benefit.
