Lou Sancio

Director of the New Jersey Alliance for Competitive Contracting.

Mr. Sancio joined Laborers Local 21 at the age of 18 where he served as Secretary-Treasurer. Prior to joining the ACC in 1999 he worked as a General Foreman and Jobsite Superintendent on a number of projects in the New Jersey marketplace where he specialized in high rise, public, and large industrial construction. Whilst working in the field Lou studied Geology at Rutgers University and earned a Graduate Gemology degree from NYGIA.
Lou is married to Ramona, a realtor and they recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary. They reside in Dingman Township, Pennsylvania.
